At GFT we and our employees support various target groups within the global tech community and across company boundaries to enhance their technology skills and improve their future opportunities.

Technology plays a crucial role in almost every part of life. But even the best technology only works with people. We promote IT talent and want to attract more people to the sector. Our “Grow tech talent worldwide” initiative fosters IT talent inside and outside the company, encouraging more people to join the tech industry. We not only aim to better the IT talent of adults but also of university students and school children, girls and boys alike, which reflects our culture and values.
GFT's commitment also includes the responsible use of AI in the electronic processing of personal data. This is done by conducting data protection impact assessments and eliminating relevant risks already in the design of the relevant processing activity.
Through partnerships with universities, independent events, and sponsorships, GFT’s Grow Tech Talent Worldwide initiative continues to create and empower tech talent across all career stages – with a strong focus on encouraging girls and women to pursue careers in technology.
