When I left Vietnam for Poland as a teenager, I didn’t know that journey would one day shape my approach to leadership and learning. From studying abroad to returning home years later as a seasoned Solution Architect, I’ve learned that adapting, growing, and sharing knowledge are what truly drive long-term success—in life and in tech.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family and four-year-old daughter. I exercise every day – as it helps to recharge me – and play football and run a couple of times a week. I also travel a couple of times a year to stay revitalised.
