Empower WomenTech

Two women deeply focused on their work in a modern tech lab, representing the contributions and involvement of women in the technology sector. — Explore the role and impact of women in the technology sector with this inspiring image showcasing two women working diligently in a modern tech lab.

We support women to succeed in the tech industry. We established our WomenTech Mentoring Programme as part of DE&I strategy, supporting women to feel empowered, confident and contribute to our success.

The WomenTech Mentoring Programme has been a great success in developing skills such as confidence, self-awareness, communication, and others, encouraging GFT women in various countries to improve themselves and become leaders.

In 2023, the WomenTech programme is being rolled out to all 20 GFT countries, including Poland. To date, 4 editions have been launched globally with 77 graduates, and there are more to come.

We encourage IT talents and want to inspire more people to join the technology sector. That is why we are committed to technology development and education. Check on our postgraduate studies with Google Cloud on Kozminski University “Cloud solutions in practice” or FinTech studies at the University of Lodz.
