The Administrative Board of GFT Technologies SE

The Administrative Board consists of seven members, that were all elected at the Annual General Meeting. Its main tasks include the management of the company, the definition of the principles of its activities and the supervision of their implementation. To fulfil its duties, the Administrative Board has established an Audit and ESG Committee, a Nomination Committee as well as a Personnel and Remuneration Committee.
